He combines detailed technical knowledge of taxation law with a strong understanding of business operations, enabling him to deliver advice that is both technically sound and aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
His clients operate across a broad range of industries, including financial and professional services, property development, retail and distribution, franchising, primary production, investment, and superannuation.
Brett’s recent work has included advice on double tax treaties, permanent establishments, foreign company liquidations, expatriate tax planning, salary packaging, negative gearing arrangements, corporate restructures and intergenerational wealth transfers.
